first day as a senior!

today was AWESOME! my teachers are amazing and i have a ton of friends in every class Kayce and i literally have 6 classes together the only period were not together for is 5th when she has retail and i have spanish.  as for my other classes 2nd period english its me Kayce Katrina Hunter and Ryan Tam all together which is fun! 6th period has over half the golf team in it, erika Lexi Adrienne Kristin Kayce and i are all together its quite the party! my off periods are the best thing ever too, i have 3rd and 4th off during 3rd off tj kayce and i chill and during 4th hunter kayce and i chill! i couldnt ask for a better senior year schedule!! my only downside to all this is that my best friend ellie is in pennsylvania and cant be in the middle of all this! oh well i guess thats why we have things like blogs and facebook and texting :)

its been a while!

ok ok  so the past few days have been hectic, and not in a good hectic way, more of a "i want all this to end" way! BUT i owe you a new post so ill take a moment and catch up! let me see if i can remember everything ive done...
1. help jake and hunter move into their new apartment
2. accidentally steal a dozen donuts from qfc with katrina (oops)
3. go tanning with kayc kayc and try to absorb the last few rays of summer!
4. go to bridges training which was surprisingly fun! i actually learned a lot and the speaker was AMAZING!
5. change my culminating project from finding my biological grandparents to designing dresses
6. order a mannequin ... i cant wait for it to get here so i can start making clothes with it!!
7. went vintage dress shopping with mom! we bought 20 old fashion dresses theyre so sweet! they have crazy patterns and i cant wait to start taking them apart and redesign them!!

i think thats all...im probably forgetting something but whatever. School starts this tuesday im so so so so happy...well its bittersweet i don't want to have to go back to doing homework but i love that were seniors and that i will get to constantly harass my freshman sister! PLUS since school is starting kayce and i are officially golf captains so everything becomes real now and we can start planning and organizing the uniforms!! i think thats everything i promise i wont take as long to respond next time :)

good dayyy!

Today was surprisingly fun! i woke up early and mom and i went on a walk with the dogs.  After that i got a hold of matt and we chilled for a bit. Then we headed over to Hunter's to help him pack! i didn't do much packing i was much too distracted playing with the kitties :) oh also i got to drive the BIG car today! i felt like such a boss haha...ok now looking back on what i wrote it doesn't seem like that awesome of a day but i swear it was super fun!! and i still have more to do!!! mom and i are going out to dinner at cpk followed by more back to school shopping! i'm excited i love spending time with mom we always laugh...alot!

So today Kayce and i went to change our school schedules around, we are now in literally EVERY single class together except for fifth when she has marketing and i have spanish :) this makes me SO UNBELIEVABLY HAPPY!! we also went and looked at sweater vests (since it has been decided that our golf team uniforms will be sweater vests) they weren't super great but we'll keep looking! i was supposed to go golfing but instead i decided to go to the pool with Kayce.  For those of you who don't know me super well...which is all of you except ellie, i do not handle sun well.  so me being the dumbass that i am decided to try and use some of Kayce's tanning oil....what a terrible mistake that was. my stomach is now BRIGHT red and just in time for school too :) lovely ha oh well i guess this was much deserved :/

new hair!

so today was kinda crazy...i awoke to find a man outside my window! ha were changing the siding on our house and i have a huge window seat, i was unaware that they would start working today so when i woke up i found myself looking straight at a man outside my window! it was a little odd! i didn't do much else today, i had a hair appointment and i went shopping with kayce! kayce has an obsession with buying t shirts so we tried to get her into girly girl pieces...it was semi successful she found a cute tank top! as for my new hair see for yourself! i think it'll be cute for school!

hello again!

so i promised myself i would remember to update this blog everyday ha...what a joke i missed the past two or three days :) let me take a moment to clue you in....
1. My eye infection has not gotten better
2. I finished sketching all my designs!
3. i hung out with matt and erika just like the good ol' summer days (cant believe summers gone)
4. had the chance to catch up with tj which is hard to do since he's so busy with football
5. i celebrated my great aunt and uncles 50th wedding anniversary!
6. and nana left after staying with us for a week

seeing how Mary Beth and Bill still love each other 50 years later impresses me so much! i can't even imagine what that must be like! since i've moved around so much i've had friends come and go but the longest i've ever kept in contact with someone is probably 7 or 8 years, and i feel like i know those people backwards and forwards i can't imagine all that you could find out about a person over the course of 50 years i find that amazing! the preacher at church today also pointed out that only 5% of married couples make it to 50 years. I hope i get the privilege of seeing my parents on their 50th wedding anniversary and i hope i have my own someday!!

yucky

So today i was supposed to play golf....however when i woke up my eye was swollen shut.  My eye had been hurting for the past 3 or 4 days but i ignored it which was just stupid. Since my parents are out of town I had to call my doctor and get a prescription for eyedrops. My eye still doesn't feel well but hopefully the drops will kick in soon! On a happier note....we got our schedules today!!! i have 1st off, 2nd english, 3rd off, 4th off, 5th spanish, 6th research and ethics, 7th international studies! I'm so so so excited for 7th period I love the teacher and I haven't had him since sophomore year! I'm actually starting to get excited for school to start again!

surprisingly decent day

So im still not used to this whole "blog" thing...but today my friend Kayce and I were feeling kinda tired. We decided we would go buy arts and crafts at Michaels and watch the office all day. It was actually quite fun Kayce made string bracelets and I worked on my sketches for my college applications...I now have 20 designs! We also dyed Kayces hair back to black and dyed janes hair (for the first time) to dark brown...she looks very cute and grown up!

August 18th (first day)

I never thought I'd be THAT person that is so conceded that they feel the need to start one of these.  I would just like to point out that I'm doing this with other intentions...I don't want you to know everything about me... but I do have a very interesting life and i've noticed that its getting more and more crazy every day, so why not share it with people! So i suppose i will try this out and see what happens :)
